Clarifying the organization's positioning, giving them a more stable identity, and increasing voter registration while remaining non-partisan.
OUTCOME
We assisted Vote Oswego to focus their brand and user experience. This led to growth in voter registrations on the SUNY Oswego campus and getting more students informed about the voting process.
UNDERSTANDING VOTE OSWEGO: STRATEGY SESSION
Our design team sat down with Vote Oswego’s campaign staff to create the brand strategy for their two upcoming events L72 and the Absentee Ballot Party (ABP). After several meetings with Vote Oswego’s campaign staff, we prioritized their goals and requirements for these projects based on challenges they’ve faced in the past. This became the core of our promotional and experience designs.
LAST 72 HOURS
GETTING TO THE TABLE
In the last 3 days before voter registration closed tabeling was the main focus. There were 4 tabling locations across campus for students to register. Based on our research that allowed us to identify the potential voter needs material such as example forms, interactive sticker board, floor stickers, contact cards, and ease of use posters were created.
